Biz365 is a small, technical Perth team working on the systems that health clinics, geotechnical firms, and growing WA manufacturers actually depend on. Microsoft stack, real customers, real problems. If you care about IT and want your work to matter in WA, keep reading.
Western Australia is at the start of something. New industry — in health, in geotechnical and mining tech, in modern manufacturing — is being built here, in our state, right now. Most of it runs on technology that has to actually work.
That's where we come in. Biz365 designs, builds and runs the systems WA's important organisations depend on. Microsoft 365 environments that scale. ASD‑partnered cyber security. Custom automation, app development, and the unglamorous infrastructure that keeps a health clinic online or a mine site connected.
We're a technical team with a long memory and a bigger plan: to be the technical backbone that helps WA's next chapter of industry actually happen.
These aren't aspirational. They're how the team actually operates day to day. If any of them sound wrong to you, we're probably not a fit — and that's a feature, not a bug.
We don’t bill for time. We invest in the customer’s outcome. The best client relationships we have are years long because we treat them as genuine partners — not as transactions or tickets.
We don’t ship half-finished work. We don’t skip the documentation. We don’t take shortcuts that hurt the next engineer or the customer six months from now. The standards are the standards.
AI is changing how IT services are delivered, and we’re building that future rather than waiting for it. Applied AI, automation, modern service design — we’re always experimenting, and our customers are seeing the difference.
Most IT problems are communication problems. We translate between vendors, executives, end-users, and the systems themselves. Clear writing and clear speaking matter more than the certifications on your wall.
Our systems lead joined Biz365 with no certifications. He had two things: a real interest in IT and a desire to help our customers. We invested. He stayed and grew. He’s now leading the team. We hire for who you are and invest in who you can become.
One live posting, and a permanent open door for senior consulting hires. Whichever fits, you apply through the same form below.
Roughly 50/50 between proactive helpdesk support and project-based technical work. Setting up and deploying computers, software, and cloud services. Microsoft 365 and Intune across real customer environments. Learning PowerShell and automation as you go. Helping deliver solutions for health clinics and global geotechnical firms. Occasional short site visits (travel covered).
Currently studying a TAFE qualification or recently finished one (Cert IV, Diploma, or degree) — equivalent hands-on experience also welcome. Basic to intermediate Windows + Microsoft 365. The bigger filter is curiosity, communication, and the kind of person who'd rather get something working than send a ticket back.
Apply for this role →The best senior hires we've seen come from people who spent years inside larger consulting firms, built real depth, and are now looking for somewhere they can actually use it. We partner with global consulting firms on engagements that put us in rooms — and on projects — most WA companies never see. If you want that exposure with the autonomy big firms don't allow, send us a pitch.
Real consulting reps. The judgement that comes from having shipped enterprise systems under pressure. A preference for substance over slide‑ware. And alignment with the longer game we're playing in WA.
Send your pitch →The best engineer we ever hired joined Biz365 with no formal IT skills. He had two things: a real interest in IT and a desire to help our customers. We invested. He stayed. He's now leading our systems team. That story is the strategy — and the filter we apply to every CV that lands in our inbox.
Not as a paycheck — as a craft. You read about it in your own time, you fix things that aren’t yours, you find networks and systems genuinely interesting. We can teach almost anything except this.
Our customers run health clinics, mine sites and factories. When their tech breaks, real things stop. The people who thrive here treat that as a privilege, not a chore.
Our systems lead joined with no certifications. We invested. He stayed. He’s now running the team. We hire on the same trajectory bet — and we expect you to take the bet seriously from your side.
A lot of IT work is translation — between vendors, executives, end users, and the systems themselves. If you can explain what’s happening to a non-technical customer without making them feel small, you’ll fit.
If you’re applying to the senior track, you’ve spent years inside larger firms doing serious enterprise work, and you want a smaller, sharper place to apply it. We want what you learned, not the slide-ware.
We're not going to oversell this. We don't have ping‑pong tables, kombucha on tap, or a chief happiness officer. We have something better.
Our founder built the largest IT provider in WA before starting Biz365. Forty-plus years of hands-on operator experience. The mentorship is direct, lived-in, and never theoretical.
No layers between you and the founder. No layers between you and the customer. Feedback loops are short, the work is real, and the impact of what you ship is visible the same week.
We invest in capability. You’ll work on systems, customers, and problems most engineers don’t see until much later. The career growth is real because the experience is.
We partner with global firms on engagements that put us in rooms — and on projects — most small WA shops never see. Take the exposure and run with it.
We push in the AI space and the service-design space, on purpose. Applied AI, automation, modern service models. Clients are seeing the difference and we’re building the next layer of it from inside Biz365.
Health clinics. Geotechnical and mining services. Modern manufacturing. ASD-partnered cyber security. The work is hard because it’s real, not because we manufactured complexity.
One form, both tracks. Sam reads every application personally. If there's a fit, we'll be in touch within a week. If not, we'll still tell you — we don't ghost.
