Biz365 helps small and medium businesses across Western Australia adopt the right technology — automating everyday workflows, securing the systems they depend on, and supporting growth so IT stops holding them back.

Where we came from

The team at Biz365 has been in tech for over 40 years. Biz365 was built from the ground up by our founder and managing director, Stephen Wyndham, to deliver what clients always wanted but rarely received from his previous business, Accord Technologies — one of the largest IT providers in Western Australia.

That intent still sets how we operate: available customer service, no call queues or robot receptionists, and highly skilled staff who can actually answer the question you called about.

What we do

We work across three areas. We design and build — system design, software co-delivery embedded with your own engineers, and our own products including Sign365 for digital forms and data capture and Print365 for practice-software printing. We handle data and transformation, turning scattered data into decisions and into the evidence that unlocks funding. And we run and protect — the day-to-day managed IT, security and disaster recovery that keeps regional and metropolitan WA businesses running.

We set up telehealth for communities in the Western Desert, connecting remote WA communities to first-class health care.
We're an Australian Signals Directorate Cyber Security Business Partner, which keeps our security advice backed by Australia's leading signals intelligence agency.
We built a platform for a global engineering consultancy that turned expertise trapped in spreadsheets into a system the organisation owns.

Who we work with

We're building the IT layer for new industry in Western Australia — allied health and community services, engineering, geotechnical and manufacturing. Metropolitan and regional alike; a lot of our work is with organisations well outside the Perth CBD.
